What is a MetaMask Wallet?

I don’t want to use a Metamask wallet, can I process transactions in another way?
Yes you can!
If you do not wish to use and connect a MetaMask wallet for payment, you can still pay for your items by manually transferring the funds to the wallet indicated during checkout. When applying this order payment method please double check wallet address and amount before sending.
Double checking all addresses, wallets, blockchains and currencies before transmitting funds is very important if you choose the manual payment method. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong wallet, blockchains or a different address that the one provided during checkout.
I do not have a MetaMask wallet, how can I set it up?
To set up a MetaMask wallet, follow these steps:

What is the VOXEL token?
VOXEL is a token (ERC20) on Polygon, a decentralized Ethereum scaling platform. It is the default currency used in the Voxies and Voxie Tactics ecosystem.
I do not have VOXEL, can I pay with other currencies?
Voxies and Voxie Tactics merch can only be purchased using VOXEL. You can easily purchase VOXEL using your local currency in the “Get VOXEL” section or from a variety of Cryptocurrency Exchanges.
To note: USD Prices are included as a reference only. You will notice a small variation (around 1%) between VOXEL market price and the USD price to account for market fluctuations.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 days of placing your orders but can vary depending on different factors (ie high demand, back order item, etc). The time for your order to be delivered will vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided by email and include an estimated delivery time.

What is the return/exchange policy?
We comply with applicable laws and regulations with respect to returns, exchanges and refunds in our jurisdiction.
Any product designated on the site as custom, final sale, or non-returnable, or any product that is part of a promotional sale, is not eligible for return or refund.
Returns of non-custom products, less the original shipping and handling costs, are accepted, provided such return is made within 15 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items and bear the risk of loss during shipment.
